– Guided by Lacey
Emotional integration is the process of bringing your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and instincts into harmony so that your emotions are no longer overwhelming or suppressed, but understood and used as a source of wisdom. In sessions with Lacey, you are supported to feel what is present, regulate your nervous system, and respond with greater clarity and self-trust. Rather than fighting your emotions or being controlled by old patterns, you learn to work with them in a safe, grounded way, allowing your body, mind, and instinct to align so that you can move forward with stronger boundaries, deeper self-awareness, and a more sovereign sense of self.
SESSION OUTCOME:
Clients leave with:
- A more regulated nervous system
- Greater emotional clarity
- A deeper connection to instinct
- Increased self-trust
- A felt experience of calm, boundaries, and sovereignty
CORE PRINCIPLE:
Lacey does not heal you.
She provides a calm, instinctive presence that helps your body feel safe enough to process emotions and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
This is where the experience with Lacey begins.
The Session
This is a gentle, 30-minute guided experience where you are invited into the presence of Lacey, a mare who offers a calm, grounded, and instinctive field of safety.
There is nothing to perform.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to fix.
You are not asked to tell your story unless you wish to.
Instead, you are supported to:
- slow down
- reconnect with your body
- notice what is present beneath the surface
As you stand with Lacey, something begins to shift.
Her presence allows your nervous system to settle.
Your breath softens.
Your body begins to feel safe enough to release what it has been holding.
For Grief
Grief needs space.
In this space, you are allowed to feel without interruption or expectation.
You may stand in silence. You may cry. You may simply be.
Lacey meets you without judgement.
She does not try to change your experience.
She stays present.
And in that presence, grief can begin to move, rather than remain held and trapped within the body.
For Resolving the Past or Addressing the Future
Many women carry an invisible pattern of over-responsibility, people pleasing, and accepting less than they deserve.
This pattern is shaped in early relationships.
A need to manage others.
To anticipate.
To hold everything together.
In the presence of the mare, something different is experienced.
You are not required to give.
You are not required to earn connection.
You are not required to be anything other than yourself.
Here, you begin to feel:
- what it is like to stand in your own space
- what it is like to trust your instincts
- what it is like to choose yourself without guilt
This is where boundaries and sovereignty begin to take root – not as concepts, but as lived experience.
Why Horses
Horses are highly sensitive, relational beings.
They respond not to words, but to what is happening within you – your breath, your tension, your emotional state.
A calm, grounded horse creates a field of safety that your body can recognise and begin to match. This supports your nervous system to move out of survival and into regulation.
In this state, healing becomes possible.
Not because something is forced, but because your body finally feels safe enough to let go.
What You May Experience
Each session is unique, but you may notice:
- a sense of calm or settling in your body
- emotional release
- clarity around what you are feeling
- a deeper connection to your instincts
- a feeling of being seen without needing to explain yourself
The Invitation
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to what is already within you.
The Mare is not something outside of you.
She is an Archetypal presence that lives within your own psyche – steady, instinctive, and self-governing.
Lacey simply helps you remember and connect.
